Join expert forager and chocolatier Charlotte Flower for a tasting of her single-origin foraged bars.

You’ll taste single origin couvertures and then try them with ingredients like pineapple weed, sweet woodruff or electric daisy. Charlotte will share with you more details about the ingredients and what they’ve been used for.

Except a fascinating 45 minutes with this absolute font of knowledge, at Charlotte’s last ever market before she retires.

The tasting will be held in the same room as the celebration. Only ticket holders will be allowed seats and tasting samples.
