I'm heading to Showcolat in Bordeaux in early May - France's first bean-to-bar chocolate festival - and I'll be bringing back a curated selection of 10-15 bars to share with a small group in London.
Most of these won't be available to buy in the UK yet. Expect a mix of milk, dark and white, with some unusual flavours and a few experimental things thrown in.
We'll taste seated around a table, with no more than 20 people. There are no lectures or slideshows - just great chocolate, good company, and as much conversation about what we're tasting as the group wants to have. I'll share details about every bar, and you're welcome to ask anything.
