Join world renowned chocolatier Paul A Young for a demonstration of his world famous salted caramel followed by a Q&A.

Paul no longer makes chocolates for sale so this is the only way you’ll be able to taste one of Paul will demonstrate how to make his award-winning caramel. You’ll taste the caramel alone, the chocolate alone and each guest will get one salted caramel.

You’ll also have the chance to ask Paul questions.famous salted caramels. They will not be for sale at the celebration.

The tasting will be held in the same room as the celebration. Only ticket holders will be allowed seats and tasting samples.
