Join Jen and Milly as they bring back their Notting Hill Bakery Tour for one day only on Sunday 25th January.

Meet at 9.30am and break croissants with a group of pastry lovers on Portobello Road.

During this 2.5 hour walking tour, Jen will share the ups and downs of Notting Hill’s fascinating history and both Jen and Milly will share their experience of judging croissant competitions and eating hundreds of pastries across the UK and beyond.

We will cut the queues and taste a variety of delicious treats from some of London’s best bakeries.

TIME: 9.30am - 12pm (or a little later)

DATE: Sunday 25th January 2026

INCLUDES:

  • bottled water

  • all pastry samples (you will not want to eat any more pastries at the end of the tour)

ABOUT JEN;

Jennifer Earle started leading walking tours around London’s best chocolate shops in 2005. She expanded to include ice cream and other sweet treats, alongside working as a Food Buyer and then Food Developer for major food retailers. She writes a weekly newsletter called The Next Delicious Thing and judges for the Great Taste Awards, the Academy of Chocolate Awards, the International Chocolate Awards, the UK Croissant Awards, and others.

ABOUT MILLY:

Milly Kenny-Ryder is a London-based writer and photographer who regularly shoots for hotels and restaurants around the world. She is the author of Britain’s Best Bakeries (onto its 3rd reprint and 2nd edition) and the co-founder and writer for Weekend Journals, beautiful travel guides to London, Cornwall, Somerset, the Cotswolds and Provence. Milly was also a judge for the Scottish Croissant Awards in 2024.
