2:45pm to 3pm at Jennifer Earle’s 20th Anniversary Celebration of Chocolate on Saturday 18th October 2025

Join Jen for an interactive tasting including cacao juice (not at the celebration), cocoa nibs and chocolate from some of the chocolate makers present and some not.

I’ll share:

• how we judge chocolate

• all of the things that can influence the 400+ flavours you can find in chocolate

• tips on how to identify flavour

• how to get more enjoyment out of eating chocolate (it’s possible!)

• You wiil also be able to ask questions!

ABOUT JENNIFER EARLE

Jen is one of only two people to have served on the Grand Jury of both the International Chocolate Awards and the Academy of Chocolate Awards. She is also a judge for the Great Taste Awards and the Quality Food Awards and has judged the Brazilian Chocolate Awards.

The tasting will be held in the same room as the celebration. Only ticket holders will be allowed seats and tasting samples.
