For two decades I have been leading thousands of people on tours and tastings in London and beyond.
I am one of only two people who has been on the Grand Jury of both the International Chocolate Awards and the Academy of Chocolate Awards.
I was the only non-baker judge at the 2024 UK Croissant Awards.
I am a regular expert guest for magazines, newspapers, TV and radio.
I have travelled all over the world to cocoa plantations, chocolate fairs, boutiques and factories.
I’m not affiliated with any particular chocolate company but committed to promoting companies with ethical practices and delicious products.
